it did drop until media and some political group took advantage of the killed allegedly teen drug courier. Duterte is politically astute of the implication so relented. I don’t subscribe to this method i prefer educating people and tough compliance.

Most definately and other crimes have decreased as well there is still long way to Go in some places like Manila, mainly around Quezon City Davao City has Been relativity safe for expats for a few years now again as long as your careful and do not behave stupid nobody bothers you .
