It is easy to get a barfine in Angeles City, just talk to the “mamasang ” ( lady bar pimp) then the fee will be arranged, however , I discourage you getting barfine for a simple reason that this is another scheme of proliferating prostitution. Bar fine is another term to prostitute a woman. Second reason why we discourage bar fine, AIDS control and prevention in Angeles City is not that reliable. Unlike before there was a strict control and periodic compliance especially on the gramstaining schedule of all bar girls in the city and the proper inventory of female engage in Prostitution. Today with the great number of Asians (chinese and Koreans) flooding the city, control and prevention has been relaxed, thus, the danger to cath the virus/ailment is an impending threat to those who will bar fine bar girls. Therefore, Do it at your own risk

For those who don’t know the term, a “bar fine” is a fee paid to a nightclub when leaving with one of their hostesses before closing time. It allegedly is to compensate the bar owner for the loss of income due to the hostess not being there to push drinks. It would be in addition to anything paid to the hostess. That also explains how and why someone might be asked to pay one. Don’t ask me how I know!
