    I asked my friends in the Philippines, & all of them said that normally, that is not as frowned upon as much as it is the the U.S. or some other countries. As with most situations, it depends on the parents of the girl as well as the maturity of the 2 teenagers.

    U know the age of consent so u know the answer to your question however the question should be should u date? And the answer is definitely not
